- The old Floating Markets at Damnoen Saduak. You can get some beautiful pictures from above the jostling boats filled with flowers, fruit, food and drink, plying their trade as they have done for centuries. It’s also worth hiring a row boat around the market’s canals for a closer look.
- From there we travel west towards Kanchanaburi and the River Kwai. Here we will visit the Bridge itself, one of the allied War Cemeteries in the town, & the nearby JEATH War Museum. If time and the railway schedule permit, we will take a train ride along the Death Railway itself where you will get spectacular river and jungle scenery views from the viaducts constructed by the POWs.
