Cancellation & Changes in Bookings:

  • Changes in bookings must be sent by e-mail to [email protected] or by fax to +66(0) 2748 6246 to 7. Please never send cancellation or booking changes instructions to hotels /airlines.
  • eTravelWay.com will confirm your cancellation or booking changes by e-mail once the process is completed.

Deadlines, Charges, Terms & Conditions for Cancellation & Changes in Booking:

  • No charge for changes in booking or cancellation order received by eTravelWay.com at least 7 clear working days in advance (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays).
  • A charge of 5% on the total amount charged will be applied for changes in booking or cancellation orders received by eTravelway.com at least 3 clear working days in advance (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Public holidays).
  • A charge of 5% on the total amount plus the cost of the first room-night for each room booked is applied for changes in booking or cancellations made less than 3 clear working days in advance (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Public holidays).
